YKK AP Inc. Executive Personnel Changes

YKK AP Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Akira Uozu) has made an unofficial decision about director and Audit & Supervisory Board member appointments as follows. 

The official decision will take place at the Board of Directors Meeting after the Regular Shareholders Meeting and Shareholders Meeting in June 2023.

1.Director personnel changes

(1) Retiring director 

The following director will retire at the end of the Regular Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 8, 2023. 

Akira Yoshida  [Current position] Director 

(2) New director candidate 

The following is the new director candidate for the Regular Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 8, 2023.

2.Audit & Supervisory Board member personnel changes

(1) Retiring Audit & Supervisory Board members 

The following two Audit & Supervisory Board members will retire at the end of the Regular Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 8, 2023.

(2) New Audit & Supervisory Board member candidates 

The following are the two new Audit & Supervisory Board member candidates for the Regular Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 8, 2023.

(Note) Fuminao Hachiuma and Mina Sekiguchi (new Audit & Supervisory Board member candidates) are outside Audit & Supervisory Board members according to No. 16, Article 2 of the Companies Act.
